    High Voltage Cables

    Power cables with copper conductor used in local network or in indoor applications are produced in accordance with international standards and customer specifications. Power cables are produced in different constructions for different applications listed below according to the specifications.

    - Mean Voltage : Low, Medium
    - Insulation Type : Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), Cross-linked (XLPE)
    - Construction : PVC filled, Armoured

    All kind of cable construction is also available upon customer request. Cable production is achieved by using of best available raw materials at most updated machines according to the technical specification of cable. The cables are packed and supplied in wooden drums as per international transportation regulations.

     

    Aluminium Conductors

     Aluminum conductors can be divided into two groups : “Stranded Aluminium Conductors” and “Steel Reinforced Aluminium Conductors”. Aluminium wires, used to produce aluminium conductors, are obtained by cold-drawing (hard or annealed) method from high quality rods.

    Stranded Aluminium Conductors are produced in accordance with ASTM B-230, ASTM B-231

    Steel Reinforced Aluminium Conductors are produced in accordance with ASTM B-230, ASTM B-232, ASTM B-498 or as per customer request.

    • Copper Telecomminication Cable

    Telecom cables with copper conductor used in local telephone network is produced in accordance with international standards as per customer specifications. Telecom cables are produced in different constructions for different applications listed below according to the specifications.

    - Insulation Type: Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinylchlorid (PVC)
    - Twisting Methode: Pair, Quad
    - Installation Type: Underground, Aerial
    - Construction: Jelly, Dry core,Armoured

    All kind of cable construction is achieved by using best available raw materials at most updated machines and according to the technical specification of cable. Quality of the product is tested at every stages of production and so the quality of the cables is kept under control. The cables are packed and supplied in wooden drums as per international transportation regulations

     

    Fibre Optic Cables

    Fibre optic cables are designed by HES KABLO according to customer requirement to use at long distance and local telecommunication networks and are produced using the most updated machinery and technology. HES KABLO can produce up to 216 fibres cable with loose tube technology and tight or semi tight coated buffer cables as well. Single mode or multi mode fibre cables are produced for duct, direct burried or aerial installation in accordance with the customer specifications or requirements. Optic fibre is colored by UV technology then placed in buffer tubes, up to 12 fibres in a tube tube then filled with thixotropic jelly.

    Buffer tubes are stranded around a FRP or steel central strength member to form cable core. The interstices between tubes and central strength member are filled with petroleum jelly to prevent water penetration. Cable core may be covered by aramid (or glass) yarn or aluminium tape as moisture barrier then cable core is sheathed by MDPE or HDPE. If required, cable core is also sheathed by an inner jacket and armoured by corrugated steel tape to provide radial strength and rodent protection. Armouring can also be made by steel wires or aramid yarn.Finished cable is packed in standard or specific lengths as per customer request and shipped after final inspection tests.All raw materials, semi finished and finished products are tested at every stage of production according to the ISO 9001 regulations.
